This programme is for families who are ready to change how they eat and how they feel — and it usually starts with one person deciding enough is enough. Most of the time, that person is the woman in the house. She is the one who has tried the diets, seen the doctors, and still gone to bed exhausted. The Metabolic Reset™ starts with her. But the food system is built for a real family kitchen, not a solo health project — so when she changes, the table changes.
The programme runs for 12 weeks and works by identifying your metabolic phenotype — the specific pattern in your body that is driving your symptoms — and building your nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle strategy around that. We cover blood sugar, stress hormones, gut health, thyroid function, and hormonal balance in the order your body actually needs them. You learn why your body is doing what it is doing. That knowledge does not expire when the programme ends.

I designed The Metabolic Reset™ this year from observations I have been implementing in my private practice over the past decade. This is an amalgamation of my own experience, learning and clinical experience. The men and women who find it often display similar patterns: they have done the research, tried the approaches, and are still not feeling well. I improved the programme to include deeper phenotype-specific guidance and a stronger community structure, where support is tangible and the translation from recipes to kitchen to plate is easier. The questions I kept getting asked pointed toward the fact that people needed more than a meal plan - they needed community.
The programme works by identifying your metabolic phenotype: Insulin-Resistant, Cortisol-Dominant, Inflammatory, Thyroid-Suppressed, or Hormone-Transition, and we build everything around that specific pattern. We also lean into phenotype specific nutraceuticals and essential oils.
Twelve weeks, three phases, no generic plans. We move through nutrition, sleep, the nervous system, blood sugar, gut health, and hormones in the sequence your body can actually use.
You finish with phenotype-specific meal plans, a batch cooking system, and handouts you will still be reaching for two years from now.
Your metabolism is not broken. It has adapted to the load it has been carrying. That is exactly what it was supposed to do, and it can remember how to thrive again.
